It is her work, I claim no credit for it. I'm glad you noticed; she's quite good. I did not ask permission, but it's from a panel she often uses for advertising. I am a fan and feel the image is an appropriate representation of myself; however, if my use of it bothers her, I will happily remove it. I felt it was a rather inconsequential matter to bring up.
Maybe you should actually ask her so you can find out if it bothers her or not instead of just presuming things, or atleast show some kind of credit on your signiture or something. Just cause she uses it for advertising doesn't mean you have any right to use it without permission then any other panels or any other works of hers so I dont know what that has to do with anything.
